Scheduling & Arrivals

🖤Arrival and Punctuality Policy

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. For spa appointments that require paperwork, we ask that you arrive 10 minutes early to complete any necessary forms. If one of our providers is running behind schedule, we will notify you as soon as possible. We kindly request the same courtesy if you are running late. Guests who arrive more than 10 minutes past their scheduled appointment time may be automatically rescheduled.

🖤Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable. To best accommodate our clients and ensure our team’s time is respected, we have established the following cancellation policy:

  • Cancellations Made 48 Hours or More in Advance: No penalty. We appreciate your notice and look forward to rescheduling your appointment.

  • Cancellations Made Between 24 to 48 Hours in Advance (Day Before Appointment): A 50% service charge will apply. This allows us to adjust our schedule and offer the slot to another client.

  • Same-Day Cancellations or No Call/No Show: A 100% service charge will be applied. This ensures that our team is compensated for the time reserved for your service.

Please note: In the case of true emergencies, the cancellation fee may be waived with manager approval. Any guest whose appointment is cancelled or rescheduled last minute due to a change in your providers schedule; may also be subject to a discount in the event we cannot get you in with another stylist same day.

🖤Credit Card Policy

To secure your appointment, a credit card is required at the time of booking. Rest assured, no charges will be made to your card unless your appointment falls under our last-minute cancellation or no-show policy, and a fee is deemed necessary by the provider and manager.

🖤Child Safety and Relaxation Policy

To maintain a safe and relaxing environment for all our guests, we kindly ask that children not accompany you to your salon appointment unless they are receiving a service. For spa services, children are not permitted under any circumstances. If you are unable to arrange childcare, our front desk team will be happy to assist you in rescheduling your appointment.

🖤Pet Policy

For health and safety reasons, we kindly ask that pets not accompany you during your service, unless they are service animals that are clearly identified and working.

Pricing & Product

🤍Cosmos offers complimentary consultations for any guests needs. Some services may require a consultation prior to booking the service to ensure we can safely provide the requested service to our guests. Consultations are always complimentary and do not guarantee we will be able to schedule for the service consulted on.

🤍Cosmos services are priced a la carte - for full service total, please keep that in mind.

🤍Gratuities are always welcomed, never required and are never part of your service total.

🤍Service prices are subject to change without notice; members may receive some services at a discount based on their active membership choice.

🤍Retail prices are subject to change without notice; members receive all retail at 10% off with their active membership.

Service & Product Guarantees

At Cosmos Salon and Spa, we strive to ensure client satisfaction by providing a 48-hour guarantee on most services, provided that the recommended home care products are used. If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will gladly address your concerns. Please note that any changes made to your service after leaving Cosmos will void this guarantee, and any corrections may incur additional fees or charges.

🖤Retail and Gift Card Policies

  • Retail products may be exchanged within 14 days if unopened. Opened products are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Hair pieces, brushes, and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Refunds for cash purchases are issued as an account credit for future services or retail purchases.

  • Cosmos gift cards are exclusively valid at Cosmos Salon and Spa and cannot be used at other locations. Likewise, only Cosmos Salon and Spa gift cards are accepted.

  • LaVida gift cards and Spa Finder gift cards are not accepted.

  • General gift cards (e.g., Visa gift cards) are accepted, but in some cases, the issuing bank may restrict use at beauty establishments. Please verify with your gift card provider before attempting to use these for payment at Cosmos.

  • Cosmos Salon and Spa reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.
